Julia Gurganus is a security and intelligence professional with deep expertise on Russia and Eurasia and extensive experience working complex geopolitical challenges. She currently works in geopolitical risk assessment and is an adjunct senior fellow at the Center for New American Security. She previously held top positions at CIA and ODNI, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
