Matan Chorev has served as the Principle Deputy Director of the Secretary of State’s Policy Planning Staff and as a speechwriter and advisor to Deputy Secretary of State William J. Burns. He has held positions at the United States Agency for International Development, the Department of Defense and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
